The space Living Room This spacious and bright living room is furnished with three sofabeds, a TV (not a smart TV and no channels, but equipped with an HDMI cable so you can connect your laptop and watch your own content), and air conditioning for your comfort. Large windows fill the room with natural light, creating a welcoming space to relax or gather. Kitchen The fully equipped kitchen features a built-in oven, dishwasher, stove, washing machine, and a large refrigerator—everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Dining Area Located right next to the kitchen, the dining area includes a cozy table, comfortable chairs, and a sofa. Guests can access the balcony from here, and the space is kept cool by its own AC unit. Let us know your arrival and departure times in advance so we can schedule cleaning appropriately. We provide 1 towel per guest and change them weekly. Parties, events, stag/hen parties, loud or late-night drinking are strictly prohibited. Visitors are only allowed with prior approval. The TV is a smart TV with no live channels - you can log in with your own streaming accounts. Shampoo and shower gel are not provided. There is a moka pot with ground coffee. Sometimes laundry may still be drying on the rack or in the dryer upon arrival. The kitchen is equipped with salt, pepper, sugar, and coffee - anything else you may need should be purchased by you.
