Elli's Seaside House (1st floor)

An unique house with direct access to the sandy beach. Private patio, wonderful view to Ionian sea. ideal for summer vacations and allday swimming activities. Located in the center of Alikes market near to shops and restaurants. The space The 70sqm appartment in the first floor of our seafront house can accommodate up to 4 people. It has it's own beach-view balkony, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, dining table and all necessary kitchenware, one master bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with 2 single beds and a big bathroom. (accomodation for 2 people has access to 1 bedroom). Both bedrooms have a/c, roof fans and smart tvs. The best spot of the house is the seafront patio which has direct access to the beach. If you are lucky you might see caretta caretta turtles in front of the house. On June and July they lay their eggs in the sand and end of August baby turtles come out. Guest access Guest can have access to the beachfront veranda where they will have their private table. Also they can enjoy the beach in front of the house with the free sunbeds and umbrella provided and use our outdoor shower. Other things to note Starting from January 1, 2024, in compliance with Article 30 of Law 5073/2023 by the Greek government, a new Environmental Fee, known as the Climate Crisis Resilience Fee, will be implemented. The fee is to be paid by guests staying in hotels, furnished rooms/apartments (rooms to let), and short-term rentals. Accommodations are responsible for collecting this fee from guests and remitting it directly to the tax authorities. The increased fee is structured based on the type and category of accommodation and is set to vary seasonally. From April to October, the fee will be as follows: – Short-term rental properties: 8 euros per night The climate resilience fee has to be paid separately from the accommodation cost and will be collected from us in cash during your stay, giving you a receipt for the total amount. There is an oleander in the outdoor area/garden of the accommodation. The plant is beautiful but toxic if swallowed.
