Our Country House is ideal for family fun, Kansas Speedway fans, KU & KC visitors, or just a simple private getaway! Guests have the entire lower level to themselves, and sole use of the rear entrance, swimming pool, and back yard! We live on the upper level with our own private entrance in the front. Complete privacy! When not exploring nearby sports, eating and shopping, you can relax in the quiet of our 26 acres. The space We have a gazebo and swimming pool in the back, and the pastures beyond for your enjoyment. Tables, chairs, and barbecue grill are available for relaxing in the quiet, country surroundings. ** Guests will need to provide all other items, such as charcoal, lighter fluid, etc. Guest access Private entrance in the back. Plenty of parking available. Other things to note All guests must have a profile picture so we can identify the person who will be arriving at our property. We require at least one positive review for a reservation. Exercise Room with sauna, elliptical, free weights, tv and back extension. A queen-sized air mattress is available upon request, if you need more than 3 queen size beds for your stay. Groups under 5 people requesting a third bed require a 5 person charge. There is an additional $17.00 charge per person per day after the first two quests. We provide all the basics: bedding, towels, cookware, dishes. The in-ground pool has no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Swimming pool is open mid-April through the first week of September. Rules for Visitors of Airbnb Guests - For Insurance purposes, NO visitors are allowed on the premises. IF OWNER authorized a visitor, guest assumes complete responsibility for their own actions as well as the actions of any and all of their visitors, including all liability for any harm, loss or injury to the premises, or to the property or persons of the guests and/or their visitors, while occupying the premises.
