Double interior room in reformed flat retro style. Sunny and full of colors and details. Perfect location in between Sagrada Familia, Parc Guell and Casa Batlló, all of them easily reachable by foot. The space The flat belongs to a 1870's building located in Gracia nieghborud, characterized by high ceilings and typical roof beams. I believe that love and care I used to decorate my apartment makes my apartment magical and special. The majority of the objects have a story and a meaning to me...I always felt attracted by collecting , during my travels, charming objects, full of memories, ancient or transformed in reborn things coming from exotic places. I work in art and I would like to share experiences with people having my same interests or that kind of sensibility to be able to appreciate the place where they will be staying and its surprises. This could transform a simple travel in an unforgettable experience full of nice memories. Guest access During the special sanitary situation I decided to let exclusive and private use to my guest to one of the two bathrooms. Cooking is permitted only for long term bookings (one month or more), but the guests could use fridge, kettle and microwave if they need them. Guests will be provided of their own keys. In case of loss the guests will be asked to replace the cost of the new locks and copy of keys (270 euros approximately). I recently adopted special cleaning measures: UV and Ozone technology cleaning of the rooms, disinfection of bedclothes and pillow through bleach and high temperatures after every booking, booking distancing, special Airbnb cleaning protocol. EXTRAS: Hot water is always available in the house. I will personally take care of activating the heating when necessary. I provide WI-FI network name and password to access. If you wish, you can access extra services that are subject to an additional charge for electricity consumption: -air conditioning 50 euros/month, - washing machine: 5 euros, -use of the oven: 4 euros. These amounts will be charged through the application as special offers for added services. During your stay I will be living in the house during my guests' stay and I will be more than happy to help, answer to any doubt and question and give some advice to make their experience as nice as possible. Other things to note The room available for the guests is an interior bedroom, it means that it will just receive natural light, from the adjacent rooms, through few windows opened at the top of the walls. Room is provided of air conditioning and I personally will switch the heating on during the winter time. A part from the mentioned room, in the house there are two more bedrooms. One is mine and the other may be occupied by other guests. All the bedrooms have independent key and lock. We are very careful to respect other people's privacy and stuff, and we would like to receive the same respect and care for our belongings.
