Niseko Annupuri 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Chalet

Japanese style ski chalet with 2 bedrooms, LDK (living dining kitchen), Lounge TV room/den, ski dry room, unit shower/bathroom, washing machine, toilet/washroom. We have renewed the house but have kept the place a Japanese ski chalet, the lounge has retained the high ceilings with wood walls. We have a new kitchen, toilets with washlets, bathroom basins, all new windows throughout, and floor heating in the ski room/ entrance and first floor bathroom. The space The chalet is a comfortable home, a short drive (3 minutes) to the Annupuri Ski resort, onsens, and restaurants. A portable air conditioning is provided in the upstairs lounge during summer season. Also, a dehumidifier is provided during summer season. Transportation is a must to make the most of this place. The small town of Niseko is about 7 minutes drive and has all you need including mini supermarket, drug store and restaurants. Kutchan is about 20 - 25 drive and has larger supermarket. Our place is more for the person who wants to get a way from the crowds, relax in the peacefulness of the countryside. We have a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need + all Japanese mod cons, such as rice cooker. There are 2 living areas: an LDK and TV room/den is furnished with sofa and bean bags to hucker into a warm night by the gas stove. *地デジ is not available, but you can watch Netflix. The bedrooms are good sizes and can sleep 2 to 3 people no problem. One bedroom is a traditional tatami with a modern twist, fully renewed for 17/18 winter. BBQ equipment is available during summer season and there will be an additional cost. Please ask us for details. ***Please note a vehicle is needed to stay here because we are on a main road more than 2 km to the ski resort which is dangerous in blizzard conditions (no footpath), so you will need to organize an international driving permit or get your licence translated depending on which countries driving licence you hold, this is up to you to organize.*** Guest access Guests get full access to the house. Other things to note In winter, you will need a car, we have plenty of parking and will explain about this on check-in as we have daily snow clearer come by.
