Lovely double room in cosy zone 1 flat

Hello! I have a double bedroom available in my extremely well-located but peaceful flat (two minutes’ walk to Vauxhall station, four tube stops to Oxford Circus). The flat is in a super, riverside area, next to the historic Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens and is within walking distance of the South Bank (Tate Modern, National Theatre etc), as well as lots of fabulous restaurants, cafes and cultural venues. You would be sharing the flat with me, a professional writer, who works in Bloomsbury. The space The flat is in an old but beautiful, small Victorian block in the Queen Anne Revival style (red and white bricks). There is a shared bathroom, with lovely shampoo, conditioner, shower gels and soap which you're welcome to use, as well as a kitchen/ dining room. In 1901, the flat was the home of a local potter and his family (the area was known for its famous Royal Doulton pottery and the original Victorian factory is just down the road). Guest access Guests have access to the kitchen/ dining room and are welcome to prepare small meals, or to share food with me when I'm cooking. Tea, coffee, cereal etc are also available.
