The suite is only available for a minimum of 30 days. Our suite is located in a quiet residential area near major east/west and north/south routes. Its a 15 minute drive to Stony Brook Univ Campus & Hospital, Stony Brook village, local beaches, Pt. Jefferson, & Ferry to Connecticut. Only minutes from Mather & St Charles Hospitals. 10 minute drive to Smith Haven Mall. The space Our suite includes a living room with Roku TV and a workspace; a queen bedroom with a large closet, Roku TV and AC; kitchenette area with range, microwave , fridge, coffeemaker and toaster, and bathroom with shower. Private Outside Entrance To Upper level Guest Suite. Off street parking available. Guest access Suite is self contained and private. Access to backyard upon request. Other things to note Linens will be available and will be exchanged on a weekly basis for an additional charge. Any overnight guest will require prior approval of host.
