Modern gîte with open plan living/dining area and well-equipped kitchen. Beautiful bathroom (2 sinks, toilet and shower) Mezzanine floor with 1 double and 2 single beds. There may also be horses in the meadow. The space Additional facilities: Wall-mounted TV with Blu-ray/DVD player with Netflix and Youtube via an SFR TV box. Senseo coffee machine Guest access Full access to the gîte, the terrace and the garden. New departure and arrival times (10:00am and 4:00pm) to allow for full cleaning between guests. Swimming pool available to guests all day. Access via private entrance at all times. Washing machine and dryer are located in the garage of the main house and can be accessed on demand. Other things to note The tradional French villages of Treignac and Chamberet are both 8km away, with supermarkets, fuel and restauarants. Lac de Bariousses is 7km away, with watersports and beach.
