Guest area is private with foyer stairwell access. There are no cooking facilities available. There is a coffee/tea making facility in your Room. Guest access There is a laundry in the basement for guest use. Off street parking is also available. During your stay Owners occupy the remaining 1st and 2nd floors. They are on site and easily contacted.
