"The Bungalow"

A cosy bungalow set on a large 600sqm block. All amenities updated. A spacious deck offers a leafy outlook with plenty of birds for company. The bungalow backs onto a big oval. A comfortable 10-15 minute walk into town and Wonthaggi's walking trails. It has a functional kitchen, clean and reliable hot shower, and space to relax. The Bungalow is a 6-minute drive to some stunning beaches and conveniently located 10 mins from Inverloch and 30 mins from PI. The space The bungalow has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a living area/kitchen, and outside grassy area including a deck. The kitchen has an induction cooktop with induction pots and pans. It has a microwave, no oven. There is a bar fridge available for use. There are basic items available for use in the kitchen as well as some staple food items. There is a TV with free to air coverage. It’s perfect for a getaway and provides exceptional value for the area. There is vehicle access from the front street as well as the rear laneway. There is an abundance of birdlife around. There is occassional animal noise at night (i.e. possums) so some earplugs might be handy if you're a light sleeper. Wonthaggi offers great value for exploring the nearby Cape Paterson (8 minutes) and Inverloch (10 minutes) or the local cafes and restaurants. you wont be disappointed with your stay in the Bungalow and beautiful Gippsland. Guest access plenty of parking available in the driveway. Other things to note please note there is no wifi. This is a residential area where neighbours are nearby. We ask guests to be respectful by keeping the noise down at night. Please note that the yard is not secured. whilst we allow small pets, you will need to consider this when booking.
