Located with a parking space in a secure, gated courtyard just moments from the town centre of Princes Risborough. The original conversion was 20 years ago, and the vaulted ceilings and original beams are evident through the main room and the bedroom. There is a loft mezzanine that overlooks the lounge, with sky lights and large patios doors ensuring the place feels light and airy. The property is incredibly close to the main town centre of Princes Risborough, with amenities such as pubs, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets mere minutes from the barn. The train station is less than a mile away, and country walks and bike paths are also just moments away. People love to stay at Dinky Barn for the uniqueness of the space, the stylish decor, the peace and quiet, and the outstanding location. I have welcomed couples, families and friends all staying for a variety of reasons: romantic weekends away, being between house moves or renovations, visiting family, or wanting some down time in the countryside in beautiful surroundings. Guest access You are able to access all areas of the property, including the barn, patio area & dedicated parking space. Other things to note Alarm System: there is an alarm system that is activated when the property is vacant, however this will be disabled for your stay. Water Softener: there is a water softener system located in the cupboard under the stairs. You will not need to do anything with this during your stay, as I will ensure it is adequately topped up prior to your arrival. Drinking Water: there is a separate water tap for filtered unsoftened drinking water. TV: there is a Sky Glass TV with lots of channels plus access to Netflix, Amazon Prime etc..
