Timmendorfer Strand, Niendorf and Scharbeutz/Haffkrug have beautiful dog beaches where your dog can let off steam. The large and fenced garden is excellent for romping around and playing. House The apartment offers you pure relaxation on two floors. On the ground floor there is the living room with spacious dining area and modern kitchenette, which is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. Large sliding doors allow direct access to the newly designed terrace with comfortable lounge furniture and thus also to the garden. The property is completely fenced, so your dog can romp around here carefree. In addition, there is a spacious sleeping area on the ground floor with a double bed (1.80 width) and two single beds (0.90 width) and a wardrobe. This area can be divided by a room divider. Furthermore, you will find the large wellness bathroom with a large washbasin, walk-in shower and bathtub to relax. The stairs lead directly to the upper floor and thus into the second bedroom with a comfortable double bed (1.80 width) and a bathroom, which has a shower tray. Washing machine and dryer in the shared utility room can be used free of charge. Entertainment For the communal entertainment in the evening, there is a large flat-screen TV in the living room.
