This space is located on the first floor, in an outbuilding of the house. Feel at home: the accommodation is private and has independent access! We are next door for any requests. Location: halfway between Angers and Saumur (30 minutes). 8 minutes from La Ménitré SNCF train station and the banks of the Loire. The space The upstairs accommodation includes: a living room with kitchenette and sleeping area – Bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet. Equipment: 1 bed and sofa. Table and chairs - Induction stove, oven, fridge, coffee maker and cooking essentials.
