Welcome to our humble home, your home away from your home! You have the entire 3 floors house to stay with complete privacy @ Deca Homes Cubacub Mandaue, with free wifi & Netflix, all bedrooms with air-con and unlimited wifi access. If you are looking for a budget place to stay for your short or long holiday with your big groups of 16 pax-or more, this is the right place for you. Just 5-10 mins to Savemore, Gaisano Metro/Grand, Ateneo Cebu, SM Consolacion, 20-30 mins to Sto Nino Church, SM Cebu The space The house has 3 floors with 3 rooms. The main bedroom has a queen bed with window type air conditioning unit, wardrobe and a dresser with newly installed private toilet & shower with hot and cold. An additional double mattress can fit inside the main room. Room 2 and room 3 are joined room has 2 single bunk beds that can occupy 4pax only with a window type air conditioning unit. The 3rd floor has a double bunk bed, can fit 3-4pax has window type aircon and has direct access to the laundry area where you can hang your clothes and not to worry about leaving them, as it is securely covered with a fence. The house has cabled tv, free wifi and Netflix. Kitchen utensils/cutleries, single gas stove, plates, glasses, mugs, cooking pans/pots are readily available for you to use. We prepare kitchen utensils based on the total number of pax booked. If you request more, do let us know in advance. Guest access You have the entire privacy of the house for your group. Please note however that we prepare beddings based on the number of pax booked. So even if only 2 pax booked, you have the entire house to use but only the main room is open for sleeping arrangement. 5 booked pax or more, all rooms in the 2nd and 3rd floor will be opened to use. Since it is a residential area, parking is quite challenging, kindly advise in advance if you have a car and need a parking space. We use smart lock, so door passcode is provided a day before check in or kindly ask from the caretaker. Other things to note The house is located inside the subdivision area so public transportation such as PUJ is not accessible but motorbikes are readily available anytime at the entrance of the premises. If you wish to take taxi, you can either ask the motorbike driver to get one for you with minimal fee. Be sure to negotiate first. If you intend to book with grab, allocate 30 mins to wait for the grab to pick you up at the premises. Or simply ask the help/guidance from our caretakers, and they are happy to serve you. Also - bedroom 2&3 are joined room and can fit only 4pax.
