It is also within walking distance of LaPrele park...the park is Laramie's largest with playground equipment, a disc golf course and Huck Finn fishing pond. The house was recently updated to include new flooring, open space and 4 large screen TV's, but still maintains the old school charm. The entire upstairs living area is all yours, along with a spacious back yard that includes a BBQ grill, picnic table, and hot tub, corn hole. The downstairs is occupied by one of the owners when not out of town working. The quiet and safe neighborhood are perfect for a weekend in Laramie... Whether it is to enjoy weekend games, mountain sports, graduations or even Cheyenne Frontier Days. The house sleeps seven...any more than that will require permission and rate adjustments.
