Vacation home Septimer - Vacation at the nature park

With the Septimer, we offer our guests a complete vacation home near St. Moritz, where you can stay with friends or family with up to 12 people (8 from July 2026). Above the largest regional nature park in Switzerland, Parc Ela, at an altitude of 1,769 meters, there are generous opportunities for hiking, horseback riding, skiing, snowboarding, ski touring and cross-country skiing - or simply to relax and enjoy. The Septimer is also ideal for family celebrations or workshops. The space Our house in Bivio was formerly known in the valley as the Septimer restaurant. It was a central meeting place for local winter sports enthusiasts, hikers, hunters and fishermen, who stopped by in the evening for a cozy fondue chat in the dining room to exchange views on the events of the day. The restaurant has been around for so long that it is even mentioned in the old legends of "Bivio and the Bergell." That is why there is still a dining room in the house, where parties can be celebrated to your liking. Behind the house is the playground, as well as a sports field with tennis net and basketball facility. The ski lift, the children's ski lift and the cross-country ski trail are within a 5-minute walk in winter. In winter, the sports field becomes an ice hockey field. Guest access In addition to the rooms, bathrooms and dining room, there is a kitchen with sufficient cooking stoves and ovens, as well as a pass-through to the restaurant. The counter can still be used. The entire 3-story house has Wi-Fi. The main entrance for our guests is located at the back of the building. Other things to note Part of the house is heated with oil, while the old building has electric radiators.
