Dorset retreat close to Jurassic coast - with AGA

Located on a quiet road in the desirable village of Osmington, this property is perfectly located to discover the Jurassic Coast and all that Dorset has to offer. Just a short (15 minutes) walk to the nearest beach and a 10 minute drive to Weymouth. The cottage has all the mod cons and luxurious touches, and the 3 bedrooms and flexible sleeping arrangement offers excellent family or friends orientated accommodation. The space A stunning, stone, detached cottage built in 1845. It has been fully refurbished and tastefully decorated and bursting with characterful features such as cast iron fireplaces and wooden shutters The spacious kitchen/diner is extremely well equipped and offers an ideal opportunity to cook a delicious meal on the AGA. The 3 bedrooms are comfortable and generous and fitted out with luxurious bed linen and fittings. The third bedroom sleeps up to four in the bunk bed and double. Please note that the bunk bed is a ‘shorty’ style and designed for children. The large family bathroom upstairs has a separate bath and power shower and welcoming underfloor heating. The second bathroom is downstairs and boasts a walk-in shower and tasteful fittings. Although small, the garden is a peaceful spot to sit and relax when the weather is pleasant. The adjoining sunroom brings the outside in and is a useful extra reception space with comfortable seating and a welcome cooler room after the warm kitchen. After sandy days at the beach you can shower yourselves (and paddle boards!) clean with the outside shower in the garage. This is a great storage area for beach equipment, wellies, and walking shoes etc. Parking for up to 2 cars is available at the front of the house. Other things to note Due to the very small garden we just tend to take our dog out on the lane in the evening and first thing. If you head to the church and walk up through the graveyard (footpath) it takes you into a big field that’s great for a quick runaround if needed. Please don’t not let dogs upstairs as the stairs can get scratched. In the wetter months the house can smell a bit musty due to the outside wall in the conservatory. There is a dehumidifier that can be turned on and helps the situation. Any questions please let me know.
