Villa du Couchant is a 4-star tourist furnished accommodation that can accommodate 8 people. All 4 bedrooms have a double bed, with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the ground floor, and 1 bedroom with an adjoining shower room on the upper floor (with an Italian shower). Saint Gély du Fesc is a small village located 8 km north of Montpellier, between Pic Saint Loup and the Mediterranean (half an hour from the beach and 15 minutes from the Gorges de l'Hérault). The villa is very quiet, located at the end of a cul-de-sac. It has a beautiful 8x4m swimming pool and is protected by a fall detector that complies with current standards. The entire house (the 4 bedrooms and the living room-lounge-kitchen area) is air-conditioned with independent remote control for each room. It has 4 bedrooms with large double beds. (A cot and high chair are available). On a large terrace, next to the barbecue, a bioclimatic pergola shelters a large outdoor dining table where you can enjoy your meals while taking full advantage of the magnificent view, with the swimming pool in the foreground. This pergola (4m x 3m), motorised with remote control and movable slats, provides effective protection from the heat. At night, its white or multicoloured LED lighting will pleasantly illuminate your summer dinners. Adjacent to the pergola, the outdoor lounge area is the perfect place to enjoy a coffee or a nap after a meal, in the shade of the roller blind. Running alongside the pool, the large sun terrace (12 x 3 m) allows you to make the most of the sun and get a summer tan. A lawn and flower garden surround the villa, providing that touch of greenery essential for rest and well-being. Another terrace, equipped with a small teak lounge area, is covered, allowing you to relax in the shade when the heat starts to rise, thanks to the gentle breeze that blows through it from both sides. The interior layout on the ground floor consists of: - Living room, equipped with a 55" television - Dining room - Kitchen open to the living room, overlooking the outdoor terrace and the indoor dining room, equipped with a dishwasher, a 4-burner induction hob, a traditional oven, a microwave, a large fridge with two large freezer drawers, a washing machine, a coffee machine and all the necessary kitchen utensils and crockery. - 1 master bedroom, air-conditioned, equipped with a large 160x200 bed, with French windows opening onto the garden and swimming pool. The view from the bed is very pleasant. East-facing. - 1 other bedroom, air-conditioned, equipped with a 140x200 bed. West-facing. - 1 guest bedroom, air-conditioned, with a 150x200 bed. Facing west. - 1 bathroom with bathtub, with a French window giving direct access to the garden and swimming pool. Facing east. Upstairs you will find: - A mezzanine converted into an office. - A large air-conditioned bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed and its own newly renovated bathroom (washbasin, shower, toilet). It has two windows, one facing west and the other facing south. This room, which could be described as a small suite, offers great comfort and independence (if you want to retreat to a quiet place, for example). The whole house is equipped with fibre optic internet with Free as the provider, and with Wi-Fi. The view is magnificent and unobstructed. Bed linen, towels and table linen are provided. The beds are made upon your arrival. I will be there to welcome you when you arrive. There is a large cinema complex with eight screens at the entrance to St Gély du Fesc.
