Beautiful Hamptons style beach house 250 metres level walk to patrolled Werri Beach in Gerringong. This luxury apartment has a beautiful king sized bed, a spacious ensuite, separate air conditioned living area and its own private entry. The premises has tea and coffee making facilities, toaster, microwave and a fridge/freezer but no kitchen. The space Guests are invited to enjoy the cosy apartment retreat downstairs which encompasses a large bedroom with ocean views as well as a luxury ensuite and separate living area. A reverse cycle air conditioner in the living area, as well as ceiling fans in the bedroom and living area, keep the whole space cool in summer and warm in winter. The space has its own private entry and is divided from the main upstairs living space by a securely locked door at the top of the internal staircase, offering complete privacy and soundproofing for guests. There is a 65cm flat-screen TV in the loungeroom and a flat-screen TV in the bedroom, both with free access to Netflix. Free fast wireless NBN Internet is also available for our guests. Visitors are welcome to use the fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and tea and coffee making facilities. A Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother is provided for guests (some pods included free). Cereal and fruit are also provided if you're after a light breakfast. Please note there is no kitchen in this apartment but with lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby, who needs one! Take away meals can always be brought back to enjoy in the apartment which has a small dining table for your dining comfort. The accommodation is a ten minute walk to Gerringong shops which is a popular stop over for tourists. The region is known for its wineries and fresh produce, cafes and restaurants so there's no shortage of places to visit and casual to fine dining experiences. For those with an adventurous spirit, we have on offer tennis racquets for use at the nearby tennis courts and body boards to catch the waves. Gerringong also has two rock pools and a boat ramp for the keen fisherman. Access to Werri Beach is a short, level 3 minute walk through the caravan park or via the reserve which backs onto the tennis courts and bowling club. Perhaps a weekend of relaxation with a cold drink at the bowlo and a game of barefoot bowls is more to your liking. Markets operate in Gerringong as well as nearby Berry and Kiama on various days of the month. Whether you are looking for an action packed getaway or to kick back and recharge your batteries, this luxury bedroom apartment complete with separate living area is the perfect destination. Guest access Guests have exclusive private access to the downstairs bedroom, ensuite and living areas. Other things to note Please note that the upstairs (main house) and downstairs (guest accommodation living-room) are separated by a locked door at the top of the internal staircase offering complete privacy for guests. Entry to the guest accommodation is through a private door for guest use only. Please note that while there are tea/coffee making facilities, a microwave (for reheating) and a toaster, as well as all the tableware needed to enjoy a take-away meal, there is no kitchen or cooking facilities. Our apartment is not suitable for infants or toddlers, however children over 5 years are welcome. Please note that the two guest limit applies to guests of all ages. We have a 2 night minimum stay most of the time and a 3 night minimum over the Christmas/New Year period and the Easter long weekend.
