New modern apartment 1 - center Porec

Welcome in our newly renovated apartment situated in Poreč. It is a very modern apartment with completely new furniture located in the city center; just 10 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes walk from the old town. I hope to have you soon as my guest :) The space Our 52m2 apartment is located on the ground floor of a small residential building that includes two other apartments for tourists. This one bedroom apartment is suitable for up to 4 persons (the sofa can be used as a bed). We can also provide you with a baby cot bed and a baby feeding chair. Guest access Fully equipped apartment with washing machine, dishwasher, air condition, Satellite TV, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator with freezer, hairdryer, iron, free WiFi and a terrace. We can provide you with a free parking place in the main parking lot. Other things to note If you are traveling by car, we will provide you a parking card that you will use to open the gate of a parking lot used only by guest who have the accomodation in the city center. The parking lot is located at a few minutes walking distance from the apartment. When you arrive to Poreč you can of course come by car near the building where the apartment is so it's easier for you to take your luggage to the apartment and then you can use the parking card that we will give you.
