We welcome you to our 4* cottage with character, spacious, on 1500 m2, enclosed and wooded land, with private pool and parking. It is located in the heart of the vineyard a few kilometers from Saint-Emilion and the Dordogne Valley. A few kilometers from La Charente and the city of Cognac. 45 minutes from Bordeaux, 1 hr 15 minutes from the Bassin d 'Arcachon and Lacanau. About 1 hour from the Landes forest. The space This stone cottage, built in an old barn, includes a large living room, very bright , composed of a functional open kitchen equipped (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, induction stove, oven, Nespresso and classic coffee makers, etc...) , a dining area and a TV lounge area (with a sofa bed). A corridor serves a room with a bed of 160 , a room with 2 beds of 90 that can be transformed into a large bed of 180cm (All the bedding is new and hotel quality), a large bathroom (shower + double basin) , a separate toilet, a dressing room (with washing machine) . In the heart of an enclosed and wooded garden, ideal for rest and relaxation for families or groups of friends. In summer, garden furniture, barbecue, swimming pool and sunbathing facing the vineyards. Private parking. The cottage is not accessible to people with limited mobility. Guest access Guests have private access to the accommodation, terrace, pool, parking and large garden.
