New house near the lake

The cottage is suitable for a birthday, a small wedding, christening (the church is 5 minutes away), just relaxing in nature, filming. For bookings of a month or more, utility bills are paid by customers. The space The cottage has undergone a high-quality European-style renovation. All the plumbing and furniture are new. On the first floor, all floors are equipped with heating elements, so even in the cold season the house is very warm and cozy. The basement floor is divided into two zones: one has a bath complex, the other has table tennis and billiards. On the ground floor, there is a seating area (spacious living room with fireplace) and a large kitchen. The kitchen is combined with a covered veranda through a window, which is very convenient, since on the covered veranda, even in severe frosts, you can comfortably fry kebabs on an open fire and then pass them through the window immediately to the table from the heat. There is also one guest bedroom, a dressing room and a bathroom on the first floor. The second and third floors have bedrooms and bathrooms. Only natural and high-quality building materials were used in the finishing of the cottage, the staircase is made of mahogany. The cottage has all necessary household appliances: microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator. There is also karaoke and DVD, which will allow you to have a lot of fun.
