Hanging Rock, Woodend, Mt Macedon Country Retreat

Whether you’re planning a weekend of relaxation or exploration, we are perfectly situated to accommodate you. Your stay awaits you on our picturesque rural 9 acre property, situated within walking distance to Hanging Rock Reserve (Mount Diogenes) within the beautiful region of the Macedon Ranges. We are also just a short drive to the delightful townships of Woodend and Mt.Macedon. The best part of a country retreat is immersing yourself in nature…and it’s here at your doorstep in abundance. The space Your accommodation is independent of the main house, so your privacy is assured. Our retreat comfortably accommodates for 2 - 4 adults. Unfortunately, we do not accept bookings for children under 12, as we have a large dam on our property. We have 2 bedrooms, Bedroom 1 has a Queen Bed and Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. Both bedrooms provide for plenty of luggage and hanging storage. The open plan living area consists of a lounge room, spacious kitchenette and dining area. The bathroom consists of a shower bath tub, toilet, mirror, vanity unit and single basin. Guest access The entire guest house is available. Entry to the stock paddocks is not permitted. Shared driveway access and ample onsite parking is available. Other things to note Coded key safe box for key collection and drop off Your hosts are avid Mountain Bike riders and trail runners and can provide advice on local bike, walking and running trails.
