At Aunt Hanneke's "Voorhuus" with Hot Tub option

Welcome to Tante Hanneke. Located on the dike near recreation area the “Golden Ham” you will find this renovated farmhouse. The farm is located on a large plot with lots of (play) garden and meadow. This spacious but cozy front house has a large living room with open kitchen, fireplace, 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 6-7 people. The house also has a very spacious private garden with a veranda and a hot tub (optional €65). The space Please note!! Outside the holidays, you get a €50 discount per night on weekdays if you come with 2 people! €25 discount per night if you come with 3 people. Send a message and we will adjust the price :) The Voorhuis has its own entrance on the dike side. It features a large living room with fireplace, sitting area and a spacious open kitchen, a toilet and a bedroom (large bedroom). On the second floor, there is a large bedroom, a small bedroom and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Guest access Het Voorhuus has its own garden. It is beautifully situated on the dike and has plenty of sun. Furthermore, there is a meadow, a playground with cable car, merry-go-round and tree house on the common grounds. There is also a large greenhouse where you can enjoy yourself all year round. This greenhouse is shared and you share it with us and any other guests. Here, too, something fun is organized every now and then, such as a tasting or pizza evening. Other things to note On Sundays, you can also check out a little later in consultation: ) Please note!! Message them and we'll adjust the price: ) The cottage is rented out including towels, bed linen, tea towels, hand soap, toilet paper and some basic supplies such as: salt, pepper, oil and detergent Our more than 6-seat hot tub can be booked as an additional option. The hot tub is filled for you with fresh water and lit. The price is €65 per day. Lighting a fire (or making pizza) is only allowed with clean and dry wood in the designated places. We sell firewood at 6.50 per bag. On Thursday evening there is live music in the greenhouse every other week. Eefje then joins with her bond. Please note this cottage is not for parties. We don't want to be a burden to our neighbors, which is why we want it to stay quiet after 10 pm. Even during the day, loud music should not be played. Rent a bike? You can do that very easily at Riverside, with get and bring service! Feel free to ask us about the possibilities. We have 1 sweet dog. It often runs loose on the property. We ourselves live in the back of the farm with our family, occasionally we organize something nice and our guests stay in e.g. a tent on the meadow. Of course, we are considerate of each other. In the farm shed further on the yard is another guest house called “Tante Hanneke's Tiny House”. These guests may also use the shared greenhouse and (play) garden. The garden and the rest of the yard also needs maintenance during the bookings or something new is being built. Work may need to be done. Of course not in the “Voorhuus” : )
