In the beautiful hilltop village of Goult, in the heart of the Luberon, enjoy a fully private and independent home set across three levels, with three secluded terraces and a unique character crafted by an antique dealer and architect. Guests have access to the owner’s poetic garden and 12-meter pool, shared with five other calm and respectful homes. The house is not accessible by car. You can park in the free public car park on the village square or just around it, a one-minute walk away. The space From the street the main entrance gate opens onto a terrace. This first patio belongs to the neighbours, but you have a right of passage to access the property. Several steps lead up to your terrace with a table and chairs, perfect for having meals outside. From here you enter the apartment through large glass doors into a well-equipped kitchen with a dining table and chairs. From there a staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find a large and comfortable open-plan bedroom/living-room with fireplace and a large, also open-plan bathroom with a rain shower in the middle of the room as well as a conventional hand shower and a toilet in an alcove. French windows open from the bathroom onto a balcony. A further flight of stairs leads from the bedroom/living-room up to the mezzanine with a daybed and rooftop terrace, the third level. Through floor-to-ceiling french windows you enter the large terrace furnished with a table and chairs, as well as a sun-lounger, making it an ideal place to relax end enjoy the views over to the Luberon. This is a lovely place to enjoy a drink while watching the sun set. Under the stairs up to the mezzanine you find your own washing machine. On Thursday mornings, a small market brings life to the village square, where you can meet a fishmonger and other vendors offering local products.
