Pleasant pavilion a few meters from the beach

Small pavilion with mezzanine, in a secure residence with swimming pool, ideally located a few meters from the beach of the grazels, 15 min walk from the port and close to all amenities (shops, pharmacy, medical center, recreational balneo area, pirate park, beaches, nautical base, clape, bike path, stadium, skatepark, children's playground...). The house is equipped with a small terrace of 10 m2 with blind to allow it to be shaded if necessary as well as a parking space. The space Accommodation includes on the ground floor (about 25 m2) the living room with equipped kitchen, closet, shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs, the very attic mezzanine is equipped with a double bed and a single bed. (On the other hand, a small clarification, the ceiling is attic so quite low, watch your head if you're tall😉). It is indicated that the accommodation can accommodate 5 people. It is suitable for a family, a couple and 3 children, but for 5 adults, I find it just right, in particular because of the well-attic mezzanine. I prefer to specify it 😊 A travel cot is also available as well as a high chair if needed (to be requested in advance). A clarification concerning the water heater: it is recent but contains only 50 liters. It therefore empties quickly beyond 2 hot showers. In summer, given the temperatures, this is not a problem. But in the low season, I advise to organize and stagger the showers (for example 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening if more than 3 people). Guest access Swimming pool open from 9 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. every day of the week from mid-June to mid-September. Other things to note Important information relating to the summer season: arrivals and departures are from Saturday to Saturday, and specified in the booking conditions, they are made by the week. Regarding access to the beaches, the Grazels beach is, as indicated, accessible very quickly since it is located about a hundred meters from the residence. Other beaches such as Les Chalets or Mateille are a short drive away. Regarding supermarkets, they are quite close to the accommodation: two within walking distance and a larger one 2 minutes away by car. Restaurants and other entertainment are also quite close, especially those at the "port", which is about a 10-minute walk away. But this does not impact the tranquility of the residence. Other activities may take place occasionally, especially in summer, at the beach of the chalets as well as at the place of the beach of the grazels (you have the possibility to consult the program, which I try to update, in the additional photos of the ad). The city of Narbonne is a good 15-minute drive away. There is the possibility to get there by bus, the stop being a 2-minute walk from the residence.
