Located between Manzoni and Vittorio Emanuele Metro A stops (200 meters away), one stop from Termini and a ten minute walk away from the Colosseum, is the ideal solution to visit the city. We are on the third floor of an elegant and peaceful historic building. There is no elevator. The flat is composed by a kitchen, an outdoor bathroom and five bedrooms, each with the name of a famous Roman monument, where we host travelers from all over Italy and from all over the world. The room is homy, spacious and colorful. With a maximum capacity of three people, is ideal for couples, friends and families with one child. The bathroom is private and consists of a shower, sink and bidet. At your entry, you will find a colorful, simple and comfortable amcience, and a pleasant smell of clean and floral fragrances. For your stay, we will put at your disposal towels, hair dryer, TV 24'', air conditioning, mini fridge and free WiFi. And ... what else to say? Oh, yes! I almost forgot the most important thing ... Guest access HOW TO ACCESS: Check-in is automatic: you will be given in advance the codes to use to access the apartment. Just follow the link that we will send you by email and complete the procedure to obtain the access codes to the apartment. Remember that we are on the 3rd floor without a lift. WARNING! Who does not complete the procedure and will need to be welcomed in person, will have to pay an extra 20 €! VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON CHECK-IN TIMES: You can only access the apartment to leave your suitcases from 10:00 onwards, not earlier. However, we take no responsibility for baggage. It will not be possible to access the room before the established check-in time, as we need time to prepare it for you. After 13:00 the room will be ready and the cleaning will be finished: you can enter when you prefer. If you check in after 22:00, remember not to disturb other guests.
