Recently painted and re-decorated, Large bedroom with en suite bathroom and large walk in wardrobe/dressing area situated on lower ground floor. Guests would have the entire lower ground floor to themselves, including access to living room, kitchen and outdoor patio space upstairs. Close and easy transport links to Wimbledon Tennis club. The space The flat is on the ground and lower ground floor. Recently renovated with new fittings. It is always kept very clean and tidy. The bedroom has a large TV with Freeview channels, desk and office chair, nicely lit. The Bedroom and downstairs area despite being on a main road is very quiet due to the extra soundproofed windows I have had installed so you will get a peaceful nights sleep. The bathroom has a large walk in shower and a good sized bath. Clean towels and toiletries supplied. Guest access The guest will have access to the bedroom, en suite private bathroom, upstairs kitchen and living room and outside patio area. During your stay I own the property and currently live on my own and work in a recording studio down the road in Earlsfield, I also gig most weekends so am generally not there very much, however I am happy to help advise guests on places to visit and happy to entertain and socialise when required. Guest would be more than welcome to use any of the facilities upstairs and hang out anywhere (kitchen/living room/outside space etc) and don't feel they need to just stay in their rooms they've booked. Other things to note The flat is on the ground floor however the guest area is lower ground floor so there is a small flight of stairs (as seen in picture) which wouldn't suite anyone requiring wheelchair access.
