Sarlux offers a recently renovated apartment that opens a charming view to the Bell Tower and the Basilica of San Marco. Ca 'Zaccaria is a great choice for travelers who want to stay in the heart of Venice, in the characteristic Campo Santi Filippi and Giacomo, a few steps from monuments such as the Cathedral of San Marco, the Doges' Palace and the Bridge of Sighs. The apartment is fully furnished, can accommodate up to 6 guests. The space Ca 'Zaccaria is a completely renovated apartment, it consists of a spacious double bedroom with wardrobe, a second bedroom composed of two single beds with wardrobe, a comfortable living room where windows look to the Bell Tower of the Cathedral, composed of a sofa bed, flat-screen TV. There is a well-equipped kitchen with all electrical devices provided (refrigerator, dishwasher, moka, kettle, crockery, etc). The apartment has two complete bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower box and a washing machine. Ca’ Zaccaria offers free Wi-Fi connection, sheets and towels, air conditioning and everything you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Guest access After the reservation, you will receive a welcome email from Sarlux, with all the information of how to get to the apartment and plan your arrival to the best way possible. Other things to note The apartment is situated on the 4th floor, no elevator available. During the check-in, the guest must complete the short tourist lease contract according to Law 431/98, art. 1, lett. C. Guests are required to complete the web check-in prior to arrival and provide a valid document (ID or Passport) per each guest for the registration. In addition, the guest must pay the tourist tax upon arrival ( €3 per person per night) , mandatory according to current legislation. Heating is available annually from October 15th to April 15th.
