Beachy Central park recently opened its' first phase of their "Fun For All" playground geared for ages 5 to 12 including a splash pad for those with "all abilities." Transportation in College Station is primarily via car. Our driveway is exceptionally long. The parking of multiple cars is no problem. Please park in the driveway as much as possible as to keep the street clear of excessive cars. This is a very friendly, and walkable neighborhood, and many neighbors do walk when the weather is temperate. Keeping cars off the street offers a pleasant walking experience.
