This 20-square meter home is perfect for nature lovers seeking a comfortable stay. 45 minutes from Clark Airport, 15 minutes from the beaches and 10 minutes from the CBD. There are several nooks to lie back and relax - read a book, write a novel, or run your empire from your laptop. We're on the 3rd floor of an old, run down building with no elevator. The parking lot is located right next to the building. Parking is first come, first served. Walking to the apartment, you will be rewarded with a partial view of the nearby Triboa Bay. Our Agta Nest is a loft unit, and is equipped with a split type AC unit and a ceiling fan. In the main room is the Dining, Living, and Kitchen area where the Bathroom, TV, and hammock are located. In the loft above is a queen sized bed good for 2 persons. The Bathroom has a half tub with hot and cold water, and the sink is located in the kitchen area. . There's a curtain to keep the water from dripping onto the floor while showering. The Kitchen is small but functional. It has basic appliances excluding a microwave. There's cold drinking water in the fridge for our guests. Subic Water is potable. There's an electric stove for cooking, a rice cooker, and a couple of pots and pans. There is a toaster in the cabinet closest to the bathroom door. Guest access The Agta Nest with loft bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and living room is your private home for the duration of your stay. The bedroom has a queen bed, a comforter and ample pillows. The well-equipped kitchen includes a fridge with chilled water, calamansi juice and self-serve breakfast items such as sourdough bread, fresh fruit, fresh eggs and our very own locally-sourced premium coffee. You can also purchase The Nest by the Sea's CHAMPORADO via our shop. :) The bathroom has great water pressure, hot and cold water, and a mini tub. Relax with books, games, Netflix, and stay connected with fiber internet (though it may occasionally be disrupted by local wildlife). Enjoy shared backyard picnic tables and a renovated pool next door for a fee. Nearby, find convenience stores, a laundromat, and a small eatery. WILDLIFE Our Subic Nests are surrounded by the rainforest, and are home to a variety of animals such as monkeys, bats, insects, birds and reptiles. While we can't guarantee total control of the wildlife, please reach out to us if you feel uncomfortable if they do wander inside your Nest, and we'll try to have this addressed in the soonest possible time. DISCOUNTS Our guests often regret not booking longer, so we've added in discounts for stays of 2 nights or more. The longer you stay, the bigger the discount. Treat yourself to that extra day! DAYTIME GUESTS We charge a daytime guest fee of P500 per guest. Please let us know if you will be entertaining guests in our Nest. PETS Due to some unfortunate incidents with over sensitive neighbors, Agta Nest is limited to 1 pet only. Please never leave your pet unattended or allow it to bark for long periods. Please always CLEAN UP after your pets. For guests booked in Opal Building and Rainforest Nest, the Crown Peak Management is imposing a P5,000 waste fine in common use areas such as, and not limited to, hallways, parks and sidewalks within the Crown Peak area. NEIGHBORS Our neighbors may get loud at night. No noise is allowed past 10pm. If that happens, please let us know, so we can alert the village security guards. Our neighbor Dan in 314 loves to tell on our guests! Please be nice to him and please remember to close the windows when you have the airconditioner on. :) REBOOKING In line with our firm cancellation policy, we do not allow rebooking less than 2 weeks before your stay. CLEANING AND SHEET CHANGES In our effort to reduce unnecessary use resources, cleaning and sheet changes are conducted every 3 days for longer stays. Should you want your sheets to be changed daily, this can be arranged for an extra cleaning fee. ACTIVITIES Subic has great activities for all types of groups and individuals.
