Limpet lodge sleeps 4 with one double bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge. We are dog friendly and welcome your furry companions with a fully enclosed garden for sniffs and exercise. There is free unrestricted roadside parking and extremely easy access to the train station, town and walking distance to the Times #1 best beach in the UK. The house is arranged with a fully equipped kitchen and dining island downstairs. Upstairs is a shower room, lounge with a stunning view and bedroom. The space The light and airy space feels particularly refreshing with its high ceilings, large windows and a modern fully equipped kitchen awaits should you wish to cook any meals or simply pop a ready meal in the microwave! Limpet Lodge can sleep 4; with one double bedroom upstairs which will be freshly made for your arrival. Downstairs it a fully equipped modern kitchen with an island dining area, cooker, microwave, hob, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. There is a neat and clean shower room with towels and heated towel rail, toiletries provided. Over all there is a very light and airy décor which is the perfect cosy respite for people who love the beach life. Free roadside parking and outside area to sit and enjoy the view. Guest access There is free roadside parking outside the property. Access through the Lodges own front door with key available upon arrival via a lock box - you will receive the code on the morning of check in. There is a reasonable sized secured garden for letting dogs off and a waste bin to collect deposits. The property is closed off from the main residence so there is no shared spaces within Limpet Lodge itself, it is all yours and there will be no intrusion into the property during your stay. Other things to note The Wifi is good. Totally dog friendly property and area, locals have petitioned to keen the beaches dog friendly all year round apart from the main summer season to tie in with school holidays where only daytime restrictions apply. Access to the south coast and all of Cornwall has to offer is within easy reach as access to the main A30 is a short drive from the location. The beach and town is within a short walk, the station is a few minutes with train access to St Ives, Penzance, Truro.
