 The space Found in a central and strategic location, this two-bedroom fully furnished apartment evokes world-class experience and opulent living. Its spacious living space and floor to ceiling windows provide a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, while the large balcony boasts of truly marvellous panoramic views of the ocean. 

 With only the highest customer satisfaction in mind, the unit has been meticulously decorated and adorned with top-notch furniture and appliances that guests can use during their stay. There is also a modern kitchen complete with the necessary kitchen items for guests to prepare their own delicious meals. 

 The first bedroom has a king bed that can be converted into 2 single beds, while the masters have a king bed and its own ensuite bathroom. Guests can only expect that high-quality linens, sheets, pillows, and towels are provided during their stay in order to maximize relaxation. Please do advise us upon booking on whether you would like to convert the other king bed so we can prepare it accordingly. 

We only provide a one-time complimentary essential kit of shampoo, soap, toilet paper, and even coffee and tea. Guests can procure more in any of the nearby grocery stores and convenience stores located in the area. 

 To make sure that the guest’s vehicle is safe and secure, we do provide 1 undercover parking space. 

 This would not be a luxury accommodation if guests would not have access to a wide array of world-class amenities like a huge fully-equipped fitness centre, a heated (seasonal) indoor pool, resort-style outdoor pools and spa, sauna and steam rooms, an in-house theatre, tennis court, powder rooms and business/conference rooms. 

It is also strategically located near amazing shops and retails stores, renowned restaurants, authentic Aussie bars and cafes and other nightlife and entertainment options. 

Guests can also find a tram station and bus stops just in front of the building, or the Broadbeach North Light Rail Station which is a few minutes walk around the corner. The abundance of transport options makes this suite the perfect base to explore the nearby Surfers Paradise and Southport. Guest access To provide utmost comfort and satisfaction, guests will have complete and private access to the whole house during their stay. 
 Guest would also have access to the building amenities like pools, tennis court, spa and sauna, business room, in-house theatre, fitness centre and powder rooms. Other things to note - This is a meet-and-greet check-in. Our staff will require all listed guests to present their ID upon check-in.
 - Guest must inform us 24 hours before arriving to avoid significant delay during check-in. - No room service and only one-time check-out cleaning is provided. - We only provide one bath towel per person during the entire stay. Extra towels can be pre-ordered at an extra fee. - No beach towels provided. - We provide a one-time essentials kit (shampoo, soap, toilet paper) and tea/coffee upon your arrival. The supermarket is 5 minutes away if you run out and need extra things you may need for the rest of your stay. - Early/Late Check-in and Late Check-out available at an extra fee and subject to availability. There is also an option for a free street parking from 7 PM-9 AM. Alternatively, Surfer’s Paradise Carpark located off Cypress Avenue is approximately 400 meters away for $6/12hrs.
