Best possible location in town! Beaches: This one of a kind neighborhood is located right on top of the famous "Mezizim" beach and minutes from the famous Hilton beach. Arguably the best two beaches in Tel Aviv! Shopping, Food, Nightlife: Namal Tel Aviv (TLV port) is right by our apartment and is offering a vast variety of activities. From shopping, clubs and bars, cafe's and restaurants. Nature: HaYarkon Park and River is just next door! The space Renovated apartment and a well maintained building, in the ONLY building block in Tel Aviv that is located west to HaYarkon st. in one of the best areas in town. Two bedrooms, both with A/C and TV with netflix. In one room - a double bed. In the other room - two single beds that can be joined to a double if needed. One bathroom with shower. Washer (for laundry) is available. A/C in the Living room with a full kitchen, dining area, two sofas and TV. There is no elevator, but the apartment is practically on floor 1.5 rather than on the 2nd floor as mentioned here. 2023 IMPORTANT INFO: This apartment "SECURE SPACE" in case of any alarms is the staircase right ourside the apartment's door. ADDITIONALLY - the building has a public real bomb-shelter on ground level. *We hope this information will become useless rather sooner than later* Other things to note We require a passport copy to be sent in advance, in order to identify our guests and make sure the reservation is valid. Check-outis 11AM - also on Shabbat. For Shabbat observers - you can request for late check out with extra cost of half a night price, and check out by 8pm (8PM) Minimum age to book - 22 years old, and if all guests are around this age - all guests must send us their id or passport copies. Check out at 11am, also on Shabbat. For Sabbath-observant if available the option will be given the option to pay an additional price of half the night and leave by 8pm The prices on this site are before VAT, after the reservation a request will be sent on the site to complete the VAT, unless the guests are tourists with a tourist visa from the passport control To confirm your reservation - you will be asked to submit a photocopy of ID or license. The minimum age to book is 22, and if all guests are around this age - we will request ID or license photos of all guests staying in the apartment.
