Homestay Bellevue is perfectly exposed and enjoys a splendid view, from sunrise to sunset, over the Dronne Valley. The 3*** outdoor accommodation is located on the garden level of a contemporary house with a separate entrance and access to the garden. The accommodation includes a large bedroom with bathroom, kitchen and covered and uncovered terrace overlooking the garden. A truly quiet, cozy and comfortable nest. Accommodation without living room or TV. The space The accommodation is new and has been labeled 3 *** by the Departmental Council of Tourism since December 2018. This listing is not wheelchair accessible. The accommodation does not have a TV or washing machine. My washing machine can be made available on request and subject to my availability. Linens are provided for stays of 3 nights or more. The bed will be made upon arrival and all linens will be at your disposal (2 towels per person, dishcloths, floor mats). For stays of less than 3 nights, linens can be provided for a fee of €13. Possibility of a single night for Harrison Barker hikers. Send me a message and I'll make you an offer because online bookings start at 2 nights. Possibility of a package for breakfast and/or evening meal according to my availability. There is no additional cleaning fee. You are responsible for the maintenance of the property. Maintenance essentials are provided. The accommodation is composed of the following amenities: - In the kitchen (9 m2): a pyrolysis oven, a 3-burner induction stove, a dishwasher, a fridge and a small freezer, a microwave, oven dishes, pan and saucepan and all the necessary dishes... - In the bedroom (24 m2): a 160 cm bed with duvet and 4 pillows, a desk area and a walk-in closet. New bedding 07/2020 - In the bathroom: a walk-in shower, a separate toilet, a vanity unit with mirror and a hair dryer. - Everything to maintain the accommodation (broom, vacuum cleaner, bucket, products...) - WiFi and wired internet connection, English plug adapter and USB port - Baby kit (bathtub and high chair) on request Guest access I'll email you a Homestay access guide.
