Great location! Best price! Nice host! Perfect Eng
Description
Downtown, Kremlin, Red Square, Tretyakov Gallery, Moscow river. Quiet area, warm-hearted host. Airport aeroexpress. The space Downtown of Moscow, a quiet neighborhood. Classical high ceiling architecture (3.2 m). Windows of the apartment facing courtyard – it is a great place to sleep, to relax or to meditate. It is warm in winter and cool in summer. The apartment is very clean. The apartment is located in the historical area called “Zamoskvorechye”. The house was built in 1905 and was recently renovated as well as my apartment. I kept one of the old brick walls exposed to preserve the look and feel of the historical building. There is also a partially preserved brick wall in the bathroom. There is a large living room (33 sq.m.) with attached kitchen and one bedroom. We will share the living room when I am at home and it will be at your disposal when I am out. I will sleep in the living room and you will have your own bedroom with a queen size bed. I store items which I rarely use (suitcases and boxes with books) in the bedroom. I hope they will not cause you any inconvenience. The bedroom is small, but the rest of the apartment is very spacious. If you have a large luggage, such as bicycle or skis, you can keep your items in the living room. There is plenty of space there. We will also be sharing a spacious bathroom with a large window and houseplants. There are many great restaurants and cafes nearby. If you want to eat in, I can make a salad or cook pasta when I am at home or you can use my stove to prepare your own meals. There is no oven or microwave. I keep tea (black and herbal), coffee, and homemade jam in the kitchen. Feel free to help yourself. Hair dryer, iron, refrigerator, exercise equipment (fitball, hula hoop, poi, jumping rope) and free high-speed wifi are available for your use. There is a piano in the apartment. You are welcome to play. Please take my neighbors into account and be careful with the piano. I can be flexible with check-in/check-out times as long as I can accommodate cleaning session between guests. You will have your own keys. Other things to note I joined Airbnb in December 2014 based on a recommendation from my friends, who stayed with me a few times when they visited Moscow. They loved my place and its energy, and they think that others will love it too. Please bear in mind it is an apartment not a hotel room. It is a place, where you can enjoy communication or silence with a new friend, who is ready to help without imposing.
