The space The apartment, located on the 7th and last floor (with an elevator) as well as the modern new house have been built recently and both shine with great design and comfort. You have a total area of 38m² (409 square feet) including a big balcony with a fantastic view of the Riga skyline and the queensize bed can be separated with curtains. Everything you see on these pictures can be used: - Air conditioning - Washing machine and dishwasher - 55'' OLED 4K TV with Ambilight - Apple TV - Kitchen with all the necessary appliances - A gym located in the house - First Aid Kit and fire distinguisher (Hopefully you won't need it) - Keyless entry thanks to SmartLock integration - Hairdryer and an iron (with a desk, of course) - sewing kit and a lot more is waiting for you :) And some Highspeed internet is there for you as well. This apartment is more than just a place to sleep during your stay - it is a place where you will enjoy spending time at - thanks to the little details picked specifically and with love, this apartment sets itself apart from every hotel you can imagine in terms of comfort. Please notice that the building is facing the main traffic street. Although with closed windows, the noise level is not high, it definitely depends on your personal preferences in terms of comfort and habits Guest access You have acces to all ares of the apartment and everything you see can be used. Please make sure to take care of the stuff and don't take anything with you when leaving afterwards :) Other things to note Of course you can use all the amenities you can find in the apartment, such as soaps, sponges, laundry detergent, washing up liquids and tabs, garbage bags and so on. I would, however, kindly ask you to use these resources wisely for the sake of environment. On the pictures, you can see everything the apartment is equipped with. Please take a moment to examine these. If for whatever reason, the electronic door lock will have technical issues, you will of course receive a physical key - but only one.
