The space This home features a comfortable front room with desk space, formal dining room, well equipped full kitchen with dish service for 12 and a eat in kitchen table. A sunken cozy family room has flat screen TV, fireplace, and a sliding glass door out to the backyard. Access the Powder bath, laundry with full size washer and dryer, and door to the oversized three car garage from this level. Upstairs is the master bedroom and bath with king bed and walk-in closet, plus the second and third bedrooms each with a queen bed, and another full bath. This is an all electric home with solar power. Guest access The whole house and yard are yours! Other things to note This is a professionally managed unit that meets corporate housing standards, perfect for business travel. Not sure how long you may need to stay? There is no central AC but we will provide 2 portable AC units for guest use which work well for cooling bedrooms. There is a whole house fan that we can show guest how to use to cool down the house as well.
