THE SERVICES INCLUDED: - A manager available at all times to meet your requests and expectations - Cleaning and change of sheets and towels at check-in and at check-out. - Pool maintenance twice a week - Wifi pocket to have internet at any time (on request) - Fruits basket and cold drinks on arrival SERVICES NOT INCLUDED : - For stays of 7 days or more, the intermediate cleaning is mandatory at a cost of 1 250 THB to be paid at check-out. - The change of sheets and towels during the intermediate cleaning has an additional cost of 120 THB/ KG to be paid at check-out. Guest access You'll have access to all the villa. Other things to note ******** IF THIS VILLA IS NOT AVAILABLE ON THE DATES YOU WANT, YOU CAN CHECK OUR PROFILE FOR OUR OTHER VILLAS ********** In addition, water and electricity are not included in the rental price. A meter reading will be taken on your arrival and departure. For information the KW is at 8,5 THB per unit and 200 THB per day for the water. Please note that a deposit of 20.000THB will be requested to cover any damages or breakages. It will be refund during the check-out if the villa is left as it was during the check-in.
