It is very close to Oviedo (30 min.), Gijón (20 min.) and Covadonga (50 min.). The space La Casona de Terienzu Apartments are located in the Asturian town of Selorio, in the Villaviciosa Estuary Nature Reserve, just 5 minutes from Rodiles Beach and easily accessible by car. There is also a bus stop nearby. The property offers apartments with heating, Wi-Fi throughout the premises, private parking, shared washing machines, cleaning every 5 days or upon request, and a communal garden for the family to enjoy. They are well connected to the A8 highway, which connects Selorio with Gijón in 30 minutes by car; Villaviciosa is a 10-minute drive away, with a selection of restaurants and shops, and the Picos de Europa National Park is a 1-hour drive away. Guest access Our apartments have a terrace with access to the communal garden, except for the duplex apartment. In addition, guests can ask us about restaurants, things to do or sports activities in the area, and we will be happy to provide them with options, as well as make reservations and organize activities or restaurants if they wish.
