Studio apartment in a quiet suburb, below our home with a nature reserve at the rear. Only five mins drive from Newcastle's John Hunter Hospital. Near the Hunter Expressway and M1 Link Rd. Light and airy, with quiet air conditioning. Separate front entry, including an easy stairway from the street level. Combination lock on the front door, so no key to collect. The code is issued when booking is finalised. Andrew and I are regular Airbnb guests and now enjoy being hosts too. The space Comfortable open plan studio with a split system air conditioner to heat/cool, separate bathroom (shower, toilet and washing machine). There is an all-weather clothesline out the back, as well as a small clothes airer, to be used out on the back porch. Well equipped kitchen including gas cooktop, convection microwave, fridge, crockery, pots and pans. Comfortable queen size bed. We live upstairs in the main house above the studio. Although we only have one queen bed, if you have a baby or toddler we have a porta cot available. We have secure private internal stairs to our garage and laundry near the locked internal door in your studio. The locked door is only used when cleaning the studio. Guest access Guests have all of the space to themselves with a private front entrance. Our rear yard has a reserve behind it, accommodating a number of bird species, so you are welcome to roam around the garden and watch any wildlife. Please be mindful walking on uneven grass.
