There are stairs from the entrance foyer to the living area so not suitable for the infirm or those unable to manage stairs. Guest access Self check in codes and instructions will be made available via the app on the day for confirmed bookings. So you can arrive and self check in as late as you need to. Nick will very much respect your privacy, and while you very often won't see him unless necessary, the house (other than your private bedroom) is strictly speaking shared space. You can book out all the bedrooms or whole house by discussion. Otherwise, there may be another guest at times. You have use of the toilet, seperate bath and shower room, seperate vanity room, well equipt kitchen and dining room, wifi included, nice spacious living room with glimpses of the water and internet connected Sony HD TV and sound sytem, front gardens, front balcony, undercover private rear balcony with second dining table, daybed BBQ , bluetooth speakers and potential use of kayak and or canoe, surfboard. Parking in driveway or free on the street out front. During your stay While this is a shared house, Nick will completely respect your privacy and will often be working or staying in a seperate self contained flat if there at all. If you don't need him, you will often not see Nick at all. Self check in details will be available through the app after your booking is confirmed. He has a great knowledge or the natural local environment and can direct you to nearby waterfalls and bushwalks or around the lakes and rivers and things to see in nearby National Parks. Nick is a skilled Herbalist and Thai Yoga Masseur and practices a couple of days a week from a seperate granny flat. Why not book a therapeutic massage during your stay. Other things to note The room and living space is up a set of stairs from the entrance foyer so this listing is not suitable for the infirm or those who might have trouble with or are unable to manage stairs. Sorry No charging of electric vehicles on-site, your space is upstairs. The space is not set up for infants or young children so no infants or children under 12 years old allowed.
