VitaVi- new apartment with terrace, by the sea

This apartment is newly built in an old stone family house. It's on the 2nd floor and has balcony looking at the hills. There is a yard around the house, where you can park and put surf equipment or bikes. The sea is just across the road and main Liberan beach and surfschool is 4min walking. Bars and restaurant is 3min walk. It's perfect for a couple or family with smaller children. We have crib and feeding chair for babies. There is also desk in the bedroom for working and 5G net. Wlecome! The space All furniture is new and mattress on the bed is very comfortable. Couch also has mattress when you flip it. You can use washing machine and dryer in our common laundry room free of charge. Guest access Yard around the house is shared with other apartments. Kids can play outside according to the house rules (quiet time between 14h-16h and after 22h). Guests can use grill on fire in agreement with the hosts. Other things to note During summer months there are always some kids in or around the house and we can't guarantee quiet time all day. We hope our guests have understanding regarding this.
