Single-storey house with garden and swimming pool in Donzere, south of the Drôme Provençale and near the Ardèche gorges The space Detached house of 120 m2 with swimming pool and garden shed + garden of 1900 m2. You will have two bedrooms with double bed, an American kitchen, large living room with 2 sofas, a TV (freeTV + TNT + Canal+) Wi-Fi is also available with broadband. An awning and air conditioning will allow you to withstand the heat. Possibility of house exchange. The house is located south of the Drôme, next to Montélimar, at the crossroads of 4 departments: Drôme, Ardèche, Gard and Vaucluse, close to many tourist sites (gorges of the Ardèche, Drôme Provençale, Vercors, Avignon, Luberon...) This is our main residence that we leave at your disposal when we go on vacation. We are teachers, so it is only possible during school holidays. Guests can take advantage of the swimming pool and the fully renovated terrace as well as the deckchairs. You can also have lunch outside, in the sun, sheltered, in the shade and even by the pool! A barbecue and plancha are at your disposal. Guests can park their car in the property. We will entrust you with two small tasks: Feed our cat Bouba and maintain the pool in summer. There's a cat flap, and he'll come eat in your absence. There is the railway behind the house but it is not a big nuisance because there are not many trains, inside the double glazing stops the noise at night. Outside, it's not a problem. Other things to note In summer we would like to rent for a minimum period of 15 days. Discounted prices beyond one week depending on the number of days (from 20% to 50%) This summer, we will be in Paris for the Olympics from July 22 to August 10 and offer the rental of the house over these 3 weeks at a very attractive rate (50%)
