Who doesn't fondly remember mom's words when we'd come home late at night? Here, however, the meaning of the title is different and fully falls within the Airbnb spirit, which is to share spaces in your home and why not, thoughts, words, ideas, a glass of homemade bitters or a beer. So forget the rigid, aseptic rules of a hotel. The only law that applies is called "common sense." Applying it puts everyone in agreement. Available for advice and clarification practically always! The space There are 3 of us in the family: my husband, a 14-year-old daughter, and me. Then there are 3 four-legged friends, a nice and welcoming little dog and two charming soft cats. Ours is a single-family home consisting of a large living area on the ground floor and a sleeping area on the upper floor where the room we rent is also located. The latter is equipped with a comfortable and spacious double bed, satellite TV, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a coffee table, lights at will for the evening and a splendid light during the daytime coming in from two windows overlooking the surrounding landscape and the garden where, if you wish, you can relax or smoke or have breakfast in summer or park your car. Not far from the bedroom is the private bathroom, equipped with everything you need. A simple Italian breakfast with cappuccino or tea or coffee, croissants, rusks and jams is included. The surrounding area is very beautiful and scenic and is often the subject of walks for tireless walkers. However, coming here on foot is not always advisable if you do not want to travel by bus (the stop is about a mile away). For a small fee, however, we can pick you up at the station or airport or elsewhere or rent you a bike but also prepare a dinner (nothing complicated) or a pizza. We don't give the house key but we can wait for your evening return until midnight but if you arrive a little later, don't worry... the carriage won't turn into a pumpkin! . Guest access Our house, which we have renovated and furnished with care and attention to detail, is located on the first hills of Imola, 6 km from the historic center, 5 km from the racetrack, 8 km from the Montecatone Clinic, 9 km from the highway exit and 35 km from Bologna. It is not isolated as there are other villas in the area, you can breathe fresh air and wake up with real tweets! Nevertheless, all amenities are present from air conditioning to WiFi.
