Apartment G&G with swimming pool

Welcome to the Apartment G&G Pula!!! The apartment is located in a a very quiet area in the suburb of Pula (Veli Vrh) sourrounded with other private homes. The apartment is great for 4 persons, but if you like privacy and spaciousness, two people will enjoy in the apartment. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The space The apartment area is 65 m2, on the ground floor. It has a separate entrance. The apartment has two bedrooms (beds: 180x200 and 160x200), dining room, living room and bathroom with toilet and shower. The bathroom has a hairdryer and towels. The apartment has a small toilet and a storage room with a washing machine. The kitchen has a refrigerator with a small freezer, a dishwasher, an electric stove, a microwave, a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster. The apartment has a large terrace with greenery where you can have your morning coffee and enjoy your breakfast or ... a glass of wine to enjoy your free time. Above the apartment is a private flat. Guest access In front of the apartment you have a large terace overlooking the pool and greenery. You can use the swimming pool that you share with guests from another apartment (only for two people). The size of the pool is 9x4x1.35 m. The pool is open from 15th May to 1st October You can also use the enclosed yard for parking (free). The city center is about 10-15 minutes by car as is the nearest beach (Hidrobaza). If you do not want to cook while on vacation, close to the apartment there are two restaurants (100 m), steak house and excellent pizzeria . A few steps from there are also a supermarket, pharmacy, cash dispenser, rent a bike and scooter, self-service car wash and gas station.... Other things to note In the price of the stay is included: registration and taxes, sheets, towels, water, electricity and Internet use. Apartment is in the same yard as another studio apartment. There is a possibility of noise or crowd due to the construction of a state road.
