Our unit is properly cleaned and sanitized. Our friendly caretaker (Joan) maintains our place exclusively and she constantly coordinates with me and my parents, who live nearby, to guarantee a personalized service to our guests. The space The 29 sq.m. studio apartment located on the 21st floor offers amazing views of the city and the amenities. The Brix is a perfect place for a couple for a short stay, a weekend trip or a long and relaxing holiday. We offer the following inclusions to our guests General - queen size bed - split type a/c - 50" smart tv with complimentary access to netflix - free unlimited fibr wifi (35mbps) - wardrobe closet Kitchenette - induction cooker - rice cooker - microwave - refrigerator - electric kettle - basic kitchenwares Bathroom - shower heater - towels - toiletries (toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel) - hair dryer ________________ NOTES: Security Deposit: There is a 500 pesos security deposit to be returned upon check out if there is no damage in the property. Parking Fees (Club House): 1st Three Hours: 30PHP Succeeding Hours: 10PHP Motorcycle (per entry/exit): 20PHP Overnight Charges (1.30am - 6am): 200PHP All parking fees are paid directly to the guards. Amenities: use of amenities is with minimal charge to be paid to the admin of the building - swimming pool (heated indoor pool & outside pools) - basketball court - tennis court - badminton court - dart - billiards - fussball Free: -access to children's playground -access to Tower 3 view deck Schedule: Pools are open from 6AM to 10PM All other amenities close at 10PM; charges apply for evening use after 6PM Guest access Guests have access to the entire studio apartment. Other things to note We require full and real name of the guests. As protocol by SMDC, Id's are collected at the building reception and returned upon check out.
