Cozy Apartment Close to Downtown Janesville

This welcoming 1 bedroom apartment is located close to downtown Janesville, the city of parks. It has been updated throughout and has all the amenities necessary for a very comfortable stay, including a gas grill in the wooded back yard. It even has off street parking. You can easily walk to the Janesville Performing Arts Center and continue downtown and enjoy the Saturday morning Farmer's Market, shopping, restaurants and bars. Access to the Bike Trail is only a few minutes away. The space Our apartment is used exclusively by airbnb guests, family members and close friends. We keep it clean, neat & ready to use. We also keep some fresh food, snacks and water on hand for our guests when they arrive. Guest access The entire apartment is available. Guests can park in the driveway since the tenant in Apt. #2 does not have a car. Other things to note We have a long term tenant living in Apt. #2 so we ask that guests respect his space.
