Additionally, we are conveniently situated just one block from Safeway and CVS stores. The apartment features 5 bedrooms and 2 shared bathrooms. Our community is home to a diverse group of international students, interns, and young professionals, fostering a vibrant and inclusive atmosphere. The building itself is characterized by its bright, sunny, and immaculate environment. We currently have 3 rooms available, each with dimensions of 8 by 6 feet. The rooms are furnished and include utilities such as water, electricity, heat, and wireless internet, as well as free Wifi. The smaller rooms are ideal for students or young professionals seeking a cozy space. Located next to the Petworth/Green Line Metro Station, transportation is a breeze. The apartment is on the eastern edge of Columbia Heights, just one Metro stop past Columbia Heights, 1 mile from Adams Morgan, and offers easy access to downtown Silver Spring. With convenient access to various Metro stops and a commute of under 25 minutes to the Hill, our location is ideal for those working or studying in the area. The apartment features small bedrooms and a compact kitchen with a small dining area. Appliances include a refrigerator and microwave. The building also features new tiles and recessed lighting.
