Lovely family house, near Amsterdam & city centre

Our lovely, modern, cosy family house (185m2) with sunny garden (south), is surrounded by parks, forest and playgrounds. In a 7 minutes walk you will be in the historical center of Haarlem. Our house is perfect for families (Max 4 adult + 2 kids) and couples. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, musea and more are on walking distance. It will take 10 minutes by bike or bus to reach the train station: every 15 min a train leaves to Amsterdam. Beaches are 15 min by train or 30 min by bike. The space On the ground floor the wide hall, cosy living room with flat screen TV, 2 fire places and we have a big dinner table with 6 chairs. The kitchen with big induction stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, hot water tap and dishwasher is situated. Via the kitchen or the doors of the living room you get access to our sunny well-kept garden (where you don’t have to mow the grass ;-) On the first floor 2 bedrooms, the bathroom and a separate toilet. Master-bed-room has a double bed for 2 adults (180 x 220 ) and access to the balcony , the “girls-bedroom” for 1 child has a bed of 90 x 220 and the renewed bathroom has a bath, rain-shower a double washbasin and a separate toilet. The second floor has got 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and ‘washing room’ with washing machine and tumble dry. The guest-bedroom has a 2 persons bed (180 x 220m) and gives access to the sauna (which can be rented optionally (a € 29,- per day during your complete stay). The “boys-bedroom” had got a bed of 90 x 220 and airconditioning. On this floor the second renewed bathroom is located with toilet, rain shower and double washbasin.
